Hi! I’m Sue Tenney, owner of Fitting Sewlutions. As a custom clothier, my goal is to make the custom apparel that you want to wear – because it fits your unique figure, it reflects your unique tastes, it fits your occasion, and it will be a one-of-a-kind garment.

I offer 12 years of sewing and fitting experience, and continue to further my skills through courses and study. As a member of the Professional Association of Custom Clothiers, I adhere to their professional sewing standards and make use of their expert resources. I have a good eye for style and color, and my hobbies of ballroom/Latin dancing and yoga help me appreciate the movement and flow of both the body and fabric. I’m also a seasoned business professional who has traveled extensively, and bring this experience to my services, personalized attention, and an efficiently run operation.

I started out sewing for myself due to difficulties finding ready-to-wear clothing to fit me. Now, I design and sew for others: for the joy of meeting other women's needs for custom apparel; for the technical challenges presented in the design and sewing of garments; and, as a creative outlet for myself.
