I specialize in bridal and special occasion fabrics, including chiffon and stretch knits, as well as all woven fabrics. Bustling: Wedding gown on left with full train extended. At right gown is bustled (tied up via a number of loops/ribbons) to allow for movement at the reception and dance. |
|
Bustle Tip:
Many brides choose to wear high heels for the wedding ceremony, then switch to flipflops or other lower shoes for the reception and dance. The front of the dress will be hemmed for the ceremony shoes, and the back of the dress will be bustled for the lower shoes. This works best if both pair of shoes has a similar sole/platform height at the front of the shoe. Be sure to bring along both pair of shoes to your appointments. |
